CONCERNING
THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 101/KMK.05/1997 ON CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE,

Considering :

that within the framework of adjusting the codes of types of facilities as contained in Attachment III to the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 190/KMK.05/2000 on the second amendment to the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997, to the codes of types of facilities entered in the computer application at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise, it is necessary to stipulate a decree of the Minister of Finance on the third amendment to the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997 on customs declarations.

In view of :

• 1. Law No. 10/1995 on customs affairs (Statute Book of 1995 No. 75, Supplement to Statute Book No. 3612);
• 2. Presidential Decree No. 234/M/2000;
• 3. The Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 101/KMK.05/1997 on customs declarations as already amended the latest by the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 190/KMK.05/2000.

DECIDES :

To stipulate :

THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE CONCERNING THE THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE DECREE OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE NO. 101/KMK.05/1997 ON CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS.

Article 1

To amend figure 19, Attachment III to the Decree of the Minister of Finance No. 190/KMK.05/2000 so that it becomes as stipulated in the attachment to this Decree of the Minister of Finance.

Article 2

This Decree of the Minister of Finance shall come into force as from the date of stipulation.

For public cognizance, this Decree of the Minister of Finance shall be announced by publishing it in the State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia.
